Shauna is experienced in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, innovation and product naming, and Shauna also manages the www.decode.net/join_our_network.html DECODER network. At DECODE Shauna has managed projects for the packaged goods, financial services, media and technology and not-for-profit sectors. Shauna joined DECODE in March of 2005, bringing with her experiences from the not-for-profit and public sector. As project manager, Shauna specializes in recruitment, team development and youth issues. She sits on the Board of Directors for Youth Challenge International and is also the Chair of their Volunteer AdvisorCouncil, whose mandate is to empower youth to effect change in their own community. Shauna holds a BA in Psychology as well as an Honours degree in Community Development from Carleton University. Shauna is also responsible for the removal of carpets in the office, which plagued her ability to walk across it for a good two years.
